Call out to young filmmkers to create a short film on the theme of HOME / DACHAIGH / HAME

This is a call out to all young film-makers under the age of 19 living in Scotland.

While we are all living with lockdown, we would like you to share your story and make a film on the theme of 'Home'.

The duration of your film should be five minutes or less and can be an animation, documentary or live action. Films can be made using a camera, phone or tablet. Films can be in any genre or language you use in your home / dachaigh / hame. Create a film with whoever is around you, your family, your carers, your pets or your online community.

Visit the Scottish Youth Film Festival website for full details here

Films must be submitted as a digital file by Monday 31 August 2020. You can upload via FilmFreeway here

The winning films will be screened as part of the Scottish Youth Film Festival and preserved in the National Library of Scotland's Moving Image Archive to become a part of Scotland's stories for future generations.
